Returns and right of withdrawal

We want you to have the right product for your workspace. Please read the information below before sending anything back.

30-day FLIO return window

In addition to your legal consumer rights, FLIO accepts returns requested within 30 calendar days of delivery. The product must be unused, complete, undamaged and returned in its original packaging, with your order details included.

EU statutory withdrawal rights

If you are a consumer in the EU or EEA, your statutory right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days of delivery remains unaffected. You do not need to give a reason. This policy does not limit your legal guarantee or any other mandatory consumer rights.

Conditions

• Contact us through our Contact page before sending a return. Please wait for our instructions.
• Return shipping, insurance and any customs or international return charges are paid by the customer, unless the item is faulty, damaged on arrival or we sent the wrong item.
• Items must be returned complete and in original packaging. We cannot accept items that are cracked, scratched, altered, incomplete or otherwise damaged through use or handling beyond what is needed to inspect the product.
• For voluntary returns after the statutory withdrawal period, original shipping charges are not refundable.

How to return

We will inspect the item after it arrives. Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method within 14 days after the return is received or the return is approved, whichever is later. The exact timing can depend on your payment provider.

Faulty or incorrect items

If your FLIO arrives faulty, damaged on arrival or is not what you ordered, contact us promptly through the Contact page with your order number and photographs. We will arrange an appropriate solution in line with applicable consumer law.
