Original FLIO designs

FLIO products are original designs developed by Studio Squash in Rotterdam. The current ALTO and AIR models incorporate inventions protected by granted patents. FLIO also protects its names, logos, product presentation, drawings, photographs and other original creative work under applicable intellectual-property laws.

No permission for copycats

Making, importing, selling, advertising, distributing or promoting products that copy or reproduce protected FLIO features, designs or branding without written permission is prohibited. A similar-looking product is not authorised or endorsed by Studio Squash (FLIO).

Enforcement

Studio Squash (FLIO) actively monitors the market and reserves all rights to enforce its intellectual-property rights. Where infringement is suspected, we may request listings or advertisements to be removed and may pursue available remedies, including injunctions, damages, recovery of costs, customs measures, platform takedowns or licensing discussions. No licence or consent is granted by the publication of this page.
